Vacation Rental Notes:
*For stays over 5 days, housekeeping mid-week is included. The cleaning fee of $125.00 that you pay is the exit cleaning after you check out. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Please ask me for details.
*High-Speed (fiber Optic) WiFi is free in the Villa.
*We know you might be travel weary, so if you are considering the additional luxury of Provisioning, “Fresh Foods VI” is a great resource. Order & pay online. & they’ll deliver right to the Villa and fill the fridge! Check out their website.
Also check out ‘Moe’s Fresh Market‘ in Red Hook which is a higher end grocery store and super convenient. They also have provisioning services. Check out their website.

Manager’s cancellation policy:
100% refund if cancelled at least 90 days before arrival date.
50% refund if cancelled at least 45 days before arrival
No refund if cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival
